Here's what I mean by that:
When you commit to practicing meditation on a daily basis, your mind is prepared for your day to go how you are desiring, instead of beginning with anxiety, worry, or even beliefs that it's going to not go well for you.
Using the mediations I have recorded for you, you will begin to let go of any old mindsets and beliefs that are pulling you in the wrong direction every day. Because of meditation and prayer, I now easily create my day to be exactly what I need it to be. Also, my clients and students have used these same principles of meditation to deliberately create the day they desire.
This is how I have been able to create online courses, build a business, and organize a large family all at the same time. You might ask how? Because I learned from having days where I not only felt unfulfilled, but I seemed not to get much of anything accomplished.
By understanding that my mindset was the missing piece in my day, I have been able to implement small changes that have created more mindfulness, and awareness. I came to the conclusion that every day can be a good day with the proper mindset, and self-care, to start the morning in my desired direction.
Knowing how important meditation, prayer, and the proper mindset is for my day, has also given me more joy, peace, and time to enjoy life. I have learned that when my mind is in a fog, or all over the place, having a morning routine of meditation, gets the juices in my brain flowing easily in the right direction.
