The other day I had this "God" moment and I began to ponder just what the elements had to do with my spirituality, my relationship with God, Jesus and Holy Spirit, so I began to dig.  I love to walk in nature and when I do I feel so close to the Lord.

I often experience inspiration, and find walking on the earth to be grounding, breathing in the air, refreshing, watching and listening to a creek babble, calming, and gazing at a fire burn in either my fireplace, or burn barrel, cleansing, and transformational.

In today's blog I want to share some of the information I found, and I trust it will refresh you as well.

Throughout history, the four elements—Fire, Earth, Air, and Water—have carried deep spiritual significance, symbolizing the fundamental forces that shape both the natural world and our inner lives. These elements are more than physical substances; they represent spiritual energies that influence our emotions, thoughts, and personal growth.

The four elements—Fire, Earth, Water, and Air— can impact your life in different ways:

🔥 Fire – The element of passion, transformation, and drive. Fire represents energy, motivation, and action. Spiritually, it fuels your inner strength, helping you break through barriers, ignite new ideas, and burn away what no longer serves you. However, when unbalanced, it can lead to burnout, anger, or impulsiveness.

🌍 Earth – The element of stability, grounding, and growth. Earth represents security, patience, and abundance. It reminds you to stay rooted in your values, build strong foundations, and cultivate resilience. Spiritually, earth energy helps you stay steady amidst chaos, but too much of it can make you feel stuck or resistant to change.

💨 Air – The element of thought, clarity, and communication. Air represents intellect, intuition, and inspiration. It brings fresh perspectives, encourages open-mindedness, and helps you express your truth. Spiritually, air energy lifts you to new ideas and insights, but too much of it can leave you feeling scattered or disconnected.

🌊 Water – The element of emotion, healing, and flow. Water represents intuition, adaptability, and inner depth. It teaches you to embrace emotions, trust your instincts, and let go of resistance. Spiritually, water energy helps you cleanse old wounds and move forward, but too much can lead to emotional overwhelm or passivity.

Let's look at them one at a time.

The Element of Fire: A Force of Transformation and Passion

Fire is the element of energy, passion, and transformation. It represents the spark of creation, the drive to move forward, and the burning away of what no longer serves us. Spiritually, fire is both a purifier and a catalyst—destroying the old to make way for the new. It fuels ambition, ignites inner strength, and encourages us to step boldly into our purpose. When we embrace the fire within, we gain confidence, motivation, and the courage to take risks, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity for growth.

However, fire must be balanced. Too much fire can lead to anger, impulsiveness, or burnout, while too little can result in a lack of direction or motivation. Spiritually, fire teaches us to channel our energy wisely, to harness our passion without letting it consume us. It invites us to be mindful of how we use our power—whether in our words, actions, or emotions. When we learn to master the fire within, we unlock our potential to create, inspire, and transform not just ourselves, but the world around us.

The element of fire is often seen as a symbol of the Holy Spirit in many spiritual and religious traditions, particularly in Christianity. Fire represents God’s presence, purification, transformation, and divine power.

In the Bible, fire frequently symbolizes the presence of God—as seen in the burning bush when God spoke to Moses (Exodus 3:2) and the pillar of fire that guided the Israelites (Exodus 13:21). In the New Testament, fire is directly linked to the Holy Spirit. On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit descended upon the disciples as tongues of fire, filling them with power, boldness, and spiritual gifts (Acts 2:3-4).

Spiritually, fire burns away impurities, representing the refining work of the Holy Spirit, who convicts, purifies, and strengthens believers. It also signifies passion, zeal, and divine empowerment, igniting faith and spiritual transformation. Just as fire spreads, the Holy Spirit moves within and through people, bringing light, warmth, and renewal.

The Element of Earth: Stability, Growth, and Grounding

The element of Earth represents stability, nourishment, and deep-rooted wisdom. Spiritually, it is the foundation upon which we build our lives—providing grounding, security, and a sense of belonging. Earth energy teaches us patience, resilience, and the importance of slow, steady growth. Just as trees take time to grow strong roots before they can reach for the sky, our spiritual journey requires a firm foundation of faith, discipline, and inner peace. When we connect with the earth element, we feel centered, present, and aligned with our purpose.

However, Earth is not just about stillness; it is also about abundance and creation. It reminds us that just as nature provides everything we need, we are also supported in our journey. Earth energy encourages us to trust the process, to plant seeds of intention, and to nurture our dreams with consistency. On a deeper level, Earth teaches us the importance of balance—between work and rest, giving and receiving, stability and growth. When we are spiritually grounded in the element of Earth, we move through life with confidence, knowing that we are supported, strong, and deeply connected to something greater than ourselves.

The element of Earth is deeply connected to God as a symbol of His creation, provision, and steadfast presence. In the Bible, God formed man from the dust of the earth (Genesis 2:7), showing that our very existence is intertwined with the earth. Just as the earth provides nourishment, stability, and life, God is our ultimate foundation—our rock and refuge (Psalm 18:2). The earth reminds us of God’s sustaining power, as He is the one who provides for all living things, ensuring that we have what we need to grow and flourish.

Spiritually, the earth element represents God’s faithfulness and unchanging nature. Just as the mountains stand firm and the seasons follow their appointed times, God remains constant and dependable. The earth also teaches us about patience and trust—just as seeds take time to grow, God’s plans unfold in His perfect timing. When we stay rooted in faith, like a tree planted by streams of water (Psalm 1:3), we remain strong, even through life’s storms. The earth element calls us to ground ourselves in God’s word, trust in His provision, and walk in faith, knowing that He is our solid foundation.

The Element of Air: Spirit, Clarity, and Divine Connection

The element of Air represents breath, intellect, communication, and spiritual connection. It is the invisible yet powerful force that moves through and around us, reminding us of the unseen but ever-present nature of God, life, and spirit. Just as air fills our lungs and gives us life, spiritually, it symbolizes the breath of God—the divine presence that sustains us. In Genesis 2:7, God breathed life into Adam, and in John 20:22, Jesus breathed on His disciples, saying, "Receive the Holy Spirit."  Air represents this divine breath, the source of all life and renewal.

Spiritually, air also symbolizes clarity, wisdom, and revelation. Like the wind that clears the sky, the element of air helps us remove mental and spiritual fog, bringing understanding and divine guidance. It teaches us to let go of what no longer serves us, allowing the winds of change to move us forward in faith. Air is also connected to prayer and communication—just as sound travels through air, our prayers and thoughts reach God, and He speaks back in whispers of wisdom. When we align with the element of air, we become more open to inspiration, intuition, and spiritual awakening, learning to trust the unseen while embracing the movement of God’s presence in our lives.

The Element of Air and Its Connection to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit

The element of Air is deeply symbolic of the presence and movement of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Air is unseen yet essential, just like God’s presence in our lives. It represents the breath of life, divine wisdom, and spiritual transformation.

Air and God the Father: The Breath of Life

In Genesis 2:7, God breathed life into Adam, signifying that life itself comes from Him. This breath is more than oxygen—it is spiritual life, purpose, and connection to the divine. Just as air sustains all living things, God sustains us, giving us wisdom, direction, and strength. His presence moves like the wind—sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful—yet always guiding His people.

Air and Jesus: The Word That Gives Life

Jesus, as the Word of God made flesh (John 1:14), also has a strong connection to air. Words travel through the air, carrying messages of truth, wisdom, and power. In John 6:63, Jesus says, "The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life." His teachings, like air, bring clarity, freedom, and renewal. Just as air clears away stagnation, Jesus brings fresh revelation, breaking the chains of sin and giving new life to those who follow Him.

Air and the Holy Spirit: The Wind of God

The Holy Spirit is most directly connected to air, often described as the wind of God. In Acts 2:2-4, on the Day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples as a rushing mighty wind, filling them with power. In John 3:8, Jesus compares the Spirit to the wind, saying, "The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit." This shows how the Spirit moves freely, powerfully, and unseen, guiding, empowering, and transforming lives.

Spiritual Lessons from the Element of Air

- Breath of Life – God is the source of all life, just as air sustains us.
- Divine Communication – Jesus speaks truth that travels like the wind, bringing clarity and wisdom.
- Movement and Transformation – The Holy Spirit moves like the wind, guiding, filling, and renewing believers.

When we embrace the element of air spiritually, we learn to trust in the unseen, breathe in God’s presence, and allow the Holy Spirit to guide our lives with fresh inspiration and divine wisdom.

The Element of Water: Cleansing, Renewal, and Spiritual Flow

Water is one of the most powerful spiritual symbols, representing purification, renewal, and divine presence. It is essential for life, just as our connection with God is essential for our spiritual well-being. In the Bible, water is often used as a symbol of cleansing, transformation, and the Holy Spirit.

Water and God: Cleansing and Renewal

Water is a purifier, washing away impurities and making things new. Spiritually, it reminds us of God's power to cleanse our hearts and renew our souls. In Ezekiel 36:25-26, God says, "I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you." Just as rain refreshes the earth, God’s presence refreshes and restores us when we feel dry or weary.

Water and Jesus: Living Water

Jesus directly connects Himself to water, offering it as a symbol of eternal life. In John 4:14, He tells the Samaritan woman at the well,"Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life." This "living water" represents Jesus’ gift of salvation, grace, and spiritual fulfillment—the ultimate source of renewal and satisfaction for our souls.

Water and the Holy Spirit: Flowing Presence

Water is also a representation of the Holy Spirit, who flows through our lives, guiding, healing, and empowering us. In John 7:38-39, Jesus says, "Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them." This speaks of the Holy Spirit’s movement, much like a river—ever-flowing, bringing life wherever it goes. Just as water shapes the land over time, the Holy Spirit gradually transforms us, smoothing out our rough edges and leading us toward spiritual growth.

Spiritual Lessons from Water

- Cleansing and Forgiveness – God washes away our past and makes us new.
- Renewal and Life – Jesus provides living water, sustaining and refreshing our souls.
- Flow and Trust – The Holy Spirit moves like water, leading us when we surrender to His presence.

Just as water is essential for physical survival, our connection with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is essential for our spiritual vitality. When we embrace the element of water spiritually, we learn to let go, trust in God's plan, and allow His presence to refresh and renew us daily

Each element plays a role in balancing your mind, body, and spirit. When they work together, they help you stay aligned, energized, and adaptable in all areas of life. Which element do you feel most connected to right now?

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

And, you really want to get out of this rut, move forward, and make positive changes in your life. Your deepest desire is to cut loose from emotions that keep you stuck and get moving and doing in a life you love.

Hey, lovely, whether you're struggling with weight, finances, exes, or everyday events, I can help you find your genius talent and have the confidence to get moving again.   We can do this together.

I  help women who are unhappy juggling life and family get back on track in one hour a week with my proven plan of success of using essential oils.

You don’t have to wait……………you can have it all.

My Story:

I've been through many life-changing moves in my life.  It started with getting a divorce more than a couple of decades ago which changed the whole path to my future.  I left my marriage and got divorced when I was twenty-eight years old with two small children.

I didn't have a job, I was a stay-at-home mum. I hadn't been employed in the workplace for nearly five years and the small allowance given by Social Services was not even close to being able to support me or my kids. In fact, I was pretty broke!

The only other income I had was literally singing for my supper. I was a well-known Singer/Actress in a very popular group at the time and if not for a couple of jobs I managed to get every week singing, I'm not sure how we would have survived.

But, instead of getting bogged down wondering how I was going to support myself and my kids, I used my genius talent and left that divorce behind me. It turned out my divorce made me incredibly strong and independent again.  I got moving and doing on to the life I always wanted to create.

I kicked my ex out and started my new life!

I started my new life feeling free even though finances were a bit of a struggle.  But, because I  believed I could make it all work, it did.  Money was not as much as I would have liked, but it was there when I needed it and I was happy. I missed a meal or two, or three or four, but the kids were fed and I needed to lose a few pounds anyway!

After that came lots of changes.  I attracted my soul mate, got married, and became pregnant almost immediately.  When I was seven months along, my amazing hubby left his cushy Public Service job and started a business.  Never regretted it!

A new path began again!

Suddenly, we were generating our own income which should have been a little scary, but once again I always believed we would succeed, and guess what?  We did!

The business was booming and all was well when our worst nightmare came true.  Our business manager spent every penny of the company's money and left the country.  We were back to square one with a huge debt, and now four kids.

Well, with income being very scarce, I decided I needed to earn some income.  I'd only worked as a professional entertainer for years and had let that lapse a bit having had two extra children in the first two years we were married.  I had to work around them, and leave room for amazing hubby to start again as well.

You won't believe my next move!

I decided to become an Avon Lady. You know, ding dong, door to door, selling out of that little book that came out every three weeks! I think my hubby rolled on the floor laughing, but not for long. You see, I believed I would succeed and succeed I did.  I put my genius talent to work again, and in three months I was one of the top three sales representatives in the State.

Within six months, I was asked to be a Stand-In Manager and manage an Avon District for a Manager on leave.  About twelve months into my little adventure, I was hired by Corporate Avon in Australia as a Manager with my own District,  salary, expense account, and my own car.  I wasn't bringing home two bob anymore, I was a contributor to the family income.

That was the good part. The hard part was my new District was #Thirty out of Thirty-three in the state.  I had my work cut out for me. Well, I'm here to tell you that in six months my District was #Three and nobody was laughing anymore!

My hubby built another Consulting business while I worked at Avon and we were once again back to being abundant in all areas of our life.  The Law of Attraction and Deliberate Creation in action!  We didn't even know these Laws of the Universe were at work in our lives, we just believed in our genius talent!

The surprise move that came next!

Over the next few years, we were financially stable again and I resigned from what had become a grueling time-sucking job at Avon and moved back into the entertainment industry.  During this time amazing brilliant hubby had come up with the idea to write one of the first Anti-Virus programs for computers in the world.

Well, life got pretty sweet, and we were rolling along on the golf course in Brisbane most days when he asked me about a big surprise move!  How did I feel about moving to America?  I never hesitated.  Woo Hoo! I was totally in.

We began to pack up what we could take with us, our clothes, furniture, my piano and called the movers.  We rented the house, said good-bye and hubby, myself and four kids with half a suitcase each, boarded a plane one Saturday morning in January to start our new adventure.

Everyone thought we were crazy but I knew this was one of the most amazing kick-butt moves I'd ever made in my life.

Then reality set in and I found another new path!

When I actually moved countries, I had become very successful as both a songwriter and performer in my hometown. It never occurred to me that I would not continue my professional music and acting career, but the struggle to re-establish myself was real and after few years I realized that I had to change paths yet again.

I took a year to just find myself and then a whisper came to my ear about adopting a child that needed a home from foster care.  It moved very quickly from a thought to an actuality.  Within a couple of days, we were in a ten-week course for foster/adoptive parents.  We found pure potential when we had no clue that the ability or desire to do this lay deep inside of us. This became one of the most rewarding and fulfilling journeys in my life.

At the end of that ten weeks, I got a phone call and our new family began.  Twin boys, twenty-months old came for the weekend and stayed forever.  They were the first of about fifty foster children and the beginning of adopting eight children, which includes three sets of twins!

I loved my journey of being a foster/adoptive parent, but our house got full to overflowing, and even though most of our children are grown now, I am still an advocate and resource for Foster/Adoptive Parents.

How I decided to become a multi certified Life/Health Coach.

Many of our new children had been born drug and alcohol addicted, so I dealt with many different physical and mental issues that emerged in them as they began to grow up. I spent hours with our children in therapies of all kinds.

While dealing with Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, and a few psychiatrists along the way, I learned coping skills for managing different disabilities, and mental illnesses.  I also learned how to have a good relationship with birth families in difficult circumstances.

I also had an older family who was going through teenage years and found myself the local mom and counselor. Many a teenager came into our home crying and left feeling better about themselves and their situation. Although I was technically being a Life Coach to those kids, I didn't officially gain my certifications until much later

In the last couple of decades, I've been constantly changing the path of my life and being successful at doing so. I've also realized that change for some is not easy and making a major move in life can leave you overwhelmed, and exhausted, unable to deal with the feelings around it.

I've also worked with foster and adoptive parents for the last twenty years, who also have to move on when a child is moved to a different placement, and their feelings are very similar to the emotions surrounding any life change.

As well, I've since been touched by divorce in my older adult children's lives.  The biggest stumbling block they've had is moving on to their new life after divorce.

As I 've been there supporting them through their pain, I realized that I wanted to help others find their genius talent to get doing and moving and get their emotional energy flowing again. Through coaching, especially Seven + Seven Essentials, I love seeing them find their new life of joy and happiness.  I love working as a coach alongside essential oils, as the breakthroughs come so much faster when the power of oils is added.

As a certified Aroma Freedom Technique Practioner, I have not only found the power of healing the mind with oils, but also healing the body.

I'm a certified Life Coach in Causal Coaching, Law Of Attraction, Money, Health, and Essential Oils. I find that most women who have left marriage not only have emotions surrounding it but quite often now battle with their health and their finances. I triumphed over all of these issues, I moved on and never looked back. I can help you.

Where I am today.

Today, I am a confident mother of twelve children, a partner to an amazing man, and stepping out into everything the Universe and God have for me.  I value myself as a businesswoman, a wife, a mother, and no longer fear a change in direction.  I embrace all parts of me, creative, physical, mental, spiritual, and nourish each part of myself, with self-coaching, nutrition, and the power of essential oils.
