Dealing with feelings during times of change can be a challenging yet crucial aspect of navigating transitions in life. Firstly, it's essential to acknowledge and validate your emotions. While the Bible doesn't explicitly address the concept of dealing with feelings during change, it does contain verses that provide guidance on finding strength and courage in times of uncertainty and transformation. 

One such scripture is found in the Old Testament, in the book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 9 (NIV):
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
