10 Tips About the Law of Polarity

A winner is a dreamer who never gave up..........Nelson Mandela

Today we're going to talk about the 7the Law, the Law of Polarity. This law simply states that one is really two.

What does the Law of Polarity mean?

The Law of Polarity states that everything in life has an opposite. This law can be applied to many different areas of life, from physical objects to feelings and emotions. It is a fundamental concept in many spiritual and metaphysical disciplines, and it suggests that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

It also suggests that for every force, there is an opposing force, and for every expression of energy, there is an equal and opposite expression of energy. This law can help us to better understand the world around us and the interactions between people.

What are five things that tell us we are not practicing the law of polarity?
  1. Not taking responsibility for our actions and their consequences.
  2. Not recognizing the positive potential in every situation.
  3. Not recognizing that we have the power to create our own reality.
  4. Not understanding that we are all connected and have an effect on each other.
  5. Not understanding that we can create a better world by choosing kindness and understanding over hatred and judgment.
When we are not taking care of thoughts that create actions we don't desire we are operating in 'lack' and therefore cannot reach our full potential. When we are mindful of our thoughts and feelings our outcomes are way more successful.
We have the potential and power to create what we desire, not what we don't.

When we understand we are all connected and we do have an effect on each other and ourselves when we are choosing kindness instead of hatred or judgment. Judgment has no place in our lives as it prevents us from moving into what God and the Universe have planned for us. "Judgment is mine, says the Lord." Romans 12: 19-21.

What are 5 tips to practice the Law of Polarity?
  1. Identify your polarity - Be aware of the two sides of any issue or situation and accept them both.
  2. Develop your understanding - Take time to explore and understand the two sides of any polarity.
  3. Practice non-judgment - Refrain from judging either side of the polarity.
  4. Act with intention - Make conscious decisions in how you interact with the two sides of the polarity.
  5. Find balance - Aim to bring balance to the two sides of the polarity and create harmony.
Here are a few opposites that can and will affect your life if you choose the negative side.

Balance vs insecurity. If you are not balanced you are not grounded and this will cause extremes in thinking, feeling, acting, and outcome.
Joy vs Sadness. Choosing joyfulness and encouraging positive energy in times of restlessness and feeling uneasy.
Hopeful vs Hopeless. When you lose hope you lose sight of your visions, goals, and dreams. Choosing hope will help you to reconnect with a feeling of strength and grounding, restoring hope for tomorrow.

Mindful vs Oblivious. Being mindful, and practicing mindfulness, creates awareness of your thinking and helps to change patterns of not heeding thoughts that lead to unwelcome outcomes. Choosing to be mindful leads you to manifest your desires and uplifts your belief that you can achieve them.

Clarity vs Vagueness. Having clarity around where you desire to be in your life will always give you insight, instead of feeling like you are in a fog unable to make clear and precise decisions.

Some of the essential oils I recommend here are a blend of Frankincense, Lavender, and Stress Away. The components in these three oils can bring balance and grounding which stops us from going to extremes. It will also increase spiritual awareness, promote prayer and meditation, improve attitude, and uplift spirits. Another oil here is Peace and Calming, which helps with emotions like fear of losing control.

Other oils you might like to try are Joy, which speaks for itself, and Into the Future which inspires determination and a pioneering spirit to create a strong emotional feeling of being able to reach one's potential. Hope can be used to move forward, and Transformation reaches into the deepest recesses of memories as it empowers and upholds changes you desire to make in your belief system.

10 Tips on applying The Law Of Detachment

“Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” —Tony Robbins

Today's blog is about the Law of Detachment. This is the sixth law in the Universal laws and is so important. You see, in order to acquire anything in the physical Universe, you must relinquish your attachment to it. Thus, trust God totally for your desires at the perfect time.

When we apply this law we have the freedom to leave everything as is, and the freedom to participate without attachment to an idea, a solution, or a goal.
So what are some indications that we are holding on to our desires, or outcomes, and not letting them be in the hands of the Spirit?

What are five indications that we are holding on to our goals, dreams, and desires too tightly?
  1. You constantly think about it and ruminate on it at all times.
  2. You become frustrated and impatient when things don't happen as quickly as you'd like.
  3. You become inflexible and unwilling to consider other options.
  4. You become overly focused on the outcome rather than the process.
  5. You become so obsessed with it that it begins to affect your relationships and other areas of your life.
I'm sure you've experienced some of these five indications in life, and if you find that you are in the midst of one of these, there is hope and a way to change your outcome. When we constantly think about a specific desire and are controlling the outcome, we are limiting the flow of the Universe and God in the direction and result of our desire.

Focusing on the process or the steps that are needed to achieve your desire will leave the outcome unlimited, and may end up so much better than you originally dreamed. Think about how often you've had a desire that when you started along the journey, it opened up to something greater than you ever dreamed possible. When we leave the outcome to Spirit (God) it takes on a greater vision, one that we aren't capable of seeing in the beginning.

Here are 5 tips to apply the Law of Detachment
  1. Take time for self-reflection. Before applying the Law of Detachment, it's important to take time to reflect on your own behavior, emotions, and reactions. Ask yourself what is causing you to be attached to certain people, situations, or outcomes.
  2. Practice mindfulness. Mindfulness can help you be more aware of your thoughts and feelings in each moment, so you can better practice the Law of Detachment.
  3. Let go of expectations. The Law of Detachment is about releasing your expectations from a situation and allowing it to unfold naturally.
  4. Be grateful for what you have. Gratitude can help you put things into perspective and be thankful for the things you have instead of focusing on what you don't have.
  5. Don't be hard on yourself. Remember that it takes practice to learn how to detach and let go of things. Don't be too hard on yourself if you find it challenging at first.
While applying this law needs practice it is well worth being aware of it in your life. All of the seven laws do work together hand in hand and support us to create the life that we truly desire.
The first of the Essential Oils to help with this law is Valor, which instills courage, confidence, and self-esteem, as well as keeps your body in balance and alignment. Stress Away is a blend that brings a feeling of peace and tranquility and also helps to relieve daily stress. You can also use Citrus Fresh or other citrus oils as they stimulate the right brain to amplify creativity and well-being. These oils also are uplifting and help to eradicate anxiety.

10 Tips to apply the Law of Pure Potentiality!

Just Begin...........
Kate PenwarnThompson.

Today I'm going to talk about the Law of Pure Potentiality. So what is that? There are a lot of fancy ways of saying what this means though I like to say this Law comes into place when we recognize that the Spirit, our inner being, is one of pure potentiality, and pure consciousness. When we listen and tap into what our inner being is saying to us in that small voice, we are then in alignment with the power of God that manifests everything in the Universe.

When we are guided by the Spirit anything is possible and there is unlimited creativity. Here are some tips on how to fully implement this Law into your life.

Five things that help us live The Law of Pure Potentiality

  1. Meditation - Meditation can help us slow our minds and gain a sense of inner peace, allowing us to tap into the infinite potential that exists within us.
  2. Gratitude - Focusing on being thankful for what we have instead of focusing on what we don’t have can help us realize that anything is possible.
  3. Reflection - Taking time to reflect on our experiences can help us gain insight into our current situation and how we can manifest our desired outcomes.
  4. Visualization - Imagining our desired outcomes can help us manifest them in our physical reality.
  5. Affirmations - Positive affirmations can help us create an inner landscape of positivity and possibility, allowing us to manifest our dreams into reality.

All of these things will help you to really understand your true nature. You'll never feel guilty, fearful, or insecure about money, affluence, or fulfilling your desires.

Ask yourself what happens to you when the objects in your life disappear. What if you lose everything? Your money, your home, your employment? If you're totally reliant on things outside of yourself then your freedom becomes conditional. If you're more in touch with the world than God, then you'll feel fear, doubt, and anxiety, and you're not in touch with your inner being, which is where pure potentiality begins.

Five things that happen when you reject the spirit within you and choose worldly possessions.

  1. You may miss out on the true joy and fulfillment that comes from living a spiritual life.
  2. Your relationships may suffer as you become more focused on materialistic things.
  3. You may become more inclined to engage in negative behaviors such as greed, envy, and selfishness.
  4. You may become disconnected from your true self, leading to feelings of loneliness and emptiness.
  5. You may experience an inner discord between your spiritual needs and desires and the desires of the world, leading to a sense of disharmony.

When you are grounded in the knowledge of your true Self - when you really understand your true nature - you'll never feel guilty, fearful, or insecure because you realize that the essence of all material wealth is life energy, it is pure potentiality, and pure potentiality is your intrinsic nature.

To help you practice this Law, here are some of the Essential Oils that will help you to become more connected to your inner being. Citrus Fresh stimulates the right brain to amplify creativity and well-being. It also helps to eradicate anxiety. You can also use Lemon to bring clarity of thought and purpose, Lavender to calm, relax, and balance, and Frankincense which increases spiritual awareness, promotes meditation and prayer, improves attitude, and uplifts spirits. Ten tips on applying the Law of Sufficiency and Abundance!

Every day brings new choices............ Martha Beck

Today I'm writing a little about the Law of Sufficiency and Abundance. This Law states that you have everything within you right now to make all your dreams and desires a reality. We actually live in a world of abundance though most people have been led to believe it's a world of scarcity.

11 Corinthians, 3:5 states "Our Sufficiency is from God."

There is always enough even when we believe that there isn't. God has no limits. He is limitless so why should we limit God? That is what is called thinking in lack, instead of thinking in limitless abundance and sufficiency. Here are a few tips about helping not to think in lack but rather have thoughts of enough sufficiency.

Here are 5 things that keep us thinking we aren't enough and don't have enough.

  • Comparisons to others - it's easy to feel like we don't measure up when we compare ourselves to those around us.
  • Fear of failure - the fear of not being able to meet our own expectations, or the expectations of those around us, can be a major obstacle to feeling like we are enough.
  • Negative self-talk - telling ourselves that we are not good enough or that we are not worthy can be a major contributing factor to feeling like we don't have enough.
  • Perfectionism - striving for perfection can lead to feelings of inadequacy and an inability to appreciate our own accomplishments.
  • Lack of gratitude - not taking the time to reflect on what we do have and be grateful for it can make us focus on what we don't have.

So, ask yourself when is enough? When you lose that 10lb, or have a million dollars in the bank, or have an ideal relationship. When you chase outside of yourself, you will never feel truly satisfied, or feel "enough."

What is Abundance?

The Law of Abundance is having everything you need when you need it, and as much as you need it, in the specific way you need it. So how can you apply this law? Here are five tips.

5 Tips on applying the law of abundance to your life

  • Believe and visualize abundance: Believe that you are worthy of receiving abundance in all areas of your life. Visualize yourself having abundance in all areas of your life - wealth, health, relationships, and joy.
  • Give thanks: Express gratitude for all the abundance that you have and will receive. Make it a habit to express your gratitude and appreciation for all the wonderful things you have in your life.
  • Live in the present moment: Live in the present moment and enjoy it. Don't dwell on the past or worry about the future. Focus on what is happening in the present and be thankful for all the abundance you have.
  • Be open to receiving: Be open to receiving abundance in all areas of your life. Believe that you can receive abundance, and be willing to accept it when it comes.
  • Take action: Taking action is the key to manifesting your desires. Make a plan and take action steps towards achieving your goals. Believe and trust in the process and take consistent action.

Whatever you are focused on is where your attention will be. You will have an abundance of either plenty or lack according to where your focus is.
